Located within The Leaf, the city’s newest world-class attraction, Gather features a menu that pays homage to the facility’s Tropical and Mediterranean biomes, all while using plenty of local ingredients—many of which are grown in the Kitchen Garden, located right outside. Chef Mike DeGroot’s menu is also great for vegans and for those cutting out gluten, while carnivores will still find much to savour too. The pretty dining room offers views of the Tropical Biome, the uniforms are hip, the cocktail program is great, and summer brings an outdoor patio that looks out on the Gardens at The Leaf.
