Winnipeg's newest offering is from the fine folks behind the Red Ember, Wall Street Slice, and Wienerpeg in The Forks Market - that being namely Steffen Zinn and Quin Ferguson.

This new hot dog cart is so much hotter than your regular street meat, in that they are serving the same farm-to-table, artisanal dogs you find at Wienerpeg, made with Zinn Farms pork and Lintott Farms beef.

You can find them at the St. Norbert Farmers' Market this summer, where it served its first franks on May 30, 2020.
