The Red Ember is a wood-fired pizza truck out and about Winnipeg during the summer months. We feature locally-grown food cooked to perfection. We've got over 1000 lbs of Manitoba tomatoes preserved from last fall for our pizza sauce this summer. Our crust uses Manitoba-grown organic flour milled in Elie. Our meats are locally raised and from free-range animals. Genuine, stretched mozzarella, made in Winnipeg with Manitoba milk, and herbs and vegetables grown in our own garden will all be featured on our menu. Weekly specials will showcase what's fresh and in season.
