Purple is Winnipeg's premier noodle bar. Our mission is simple, to give our guests the best noodle bar experience possible. The idea was natural, and today, we can offer our customers good food in a clean and fun noodle bar experience using the freshest ingredients.

The eclectic menu offers Asian snacks, as well as pho, ramen and wonton soups, and vermicelli and rice dishes. There are a few vegetarian and vegan options, along with some gluten-friendly dishes.
