Owner/operator Marcel Petit pretty much has his own full fleet of food trucks, with four truck/trailers to his name, along with 18 years of food truck experience running his family company.
The roster consists of three mini-donut trailers, along with a new stand trailer called The Meltdown: Deep Fried Cheese (because, as we always say, "fried cheese? Baby, please!") On top of that, Petit has also bought the franchise rights to Manitoba for Beavertails.
