Why, you paint the walls a cheery blue then you turn it into a much better doughnut shop, slinging both excellent regular-sized doughnuts (made fresh daily) along with huge doughnut cakes that are becoming all the rage in Winnipeg. Kim, the owner, is Vietnamese, and she also serves great savoury dishes too like inventive banh mi and pho.
