We are big fans of the crust and simple ingredients from this food truck that utilizes a wood-burning oven right on the truck (you'll often see one of the chefs come outside to grab more wood from the little cubby hole located near the window where you order).

If you see their pear, cambozola and balsamic crema pizza on the menu that day you must order it! It's stunning. 

They also sometimes do a beet and kubasa pizza with a white garlic sauce that is pretty out of control too.
