At Diana’s, we are committed to only sourcing and serving ingredients of the best quality. All of our dough recipes are made fresh in the Cucina (*Cucina is Italian for kitchen), using ingredients you can pronounce and that you’d find in your grandmother’s kitchen.

Our award winning marinara is made fresh in the Cucina, using the highest standard available for crushed tomatoes, then marinating them for 24 hours with our own proprietary blend of herbs and spices.
