Last time I mentioned our Pinterest contest winners--Alex and Shea--were in town for the weekend from London, Ontario and we've been getting a sneak peek into their adventures.
Their journey started with much fanfare and a hearty welcome at the airport.
Once they were properly outfitted with their car and all their prizes, they headed off to the Delta Winnipeg and their top floor room with a gorgeous view of the city and the hotel's amazing rooftop pool.
These eager travellers had done their research on the city and had a list of restaurants they wanted to visit, including Kawaii Crepe in Osborne Village.
Yesterday, Alex took in a TRX class at Yoga Public and then she brought her friend who's been living in Winnipeg for the summer with her on a construction tour of the Canadian Museum for Rights (look for a post on the museum's progress next week--it looks amazing).
The day finished off with a jaunt through the Exchange District on their popular food tour.
This is Alex and Shea's first visit to the city and I think they're having a good time. (What a cute couple!)
